Where to buy Epiology
Epiology is available from your local pharmacy or health store in New Zealand. Other chains and independent pharmacies are also able to stock Epiology products. Give your local pharmacy a call and ask for Epiology Skincare by name. If they don’t already stock it they may be happy to order some in for you. Can’t find a store in your area? Don’t panic – shop for your favourite Epiology products direct from our Online Store.
Shipping
Orders placed by 2pm Monday – Friday will be shipped out of our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 2pm Monday – Friday will be shipped out of our warehouse the next business day. Shipping is by standard National or International Parcel Post which is not a tracked service. Delivery times can vary dependent on mail volumes being experienced by NZ Post and affiliated international mail services but are typically:
3-5 working days within New Zealand
10-15 working days for International Deliveries
However, we are currently experiencing postal delays due to Covid-19 complications, particularly for international customers, and 6-8 week timeframes are not uncommon. Please ensure you supply the correct delivery address as we take no responsibility for lost parcels where the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect.
As of Monday 12 October 2020, we offer free shipping within NZ for all orders over a minimum spend of $35. Orders that don’t meet this threshold will incur a $5 delivery charge. International shipping charges are approximately $14 per order to Australia, and $25-35 for all other countries (differs slightly country by country), with free shipping for orders over $130.
Shipping charges are subject to change at our discretion and will be posted on this site. Large orders may incur a surcharge in addition to the standard rates. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Special conditions may apply to any such promotions.

Returns Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from our website. If within 21 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, less shipping and handling costs.
Please contact us and we’ll advise you of your nearest location to return your goods. We’ll process your refund to the original credit card used for payment and send you a confirmation email. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Currency, Customs and Charges
Please be aware that recipients outside NZ may have to pay import duty or other customs taxes. Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country – we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. Where customs charges are due, this may impact the time it takes your parcel to reach you.
Our shop shows each product cost as NZD, USD, EUR, GBP or AUD for customer reference, however all purchases through the checkout are to be made in NZD.
Free Gift Wrapping
If you’re sending a gift to a friend, we’ll wrap it in smart wrapping paper and include a card for your special message – at no cost to you. Simply check on ‘include a gift message’ during checkout and enter your message in the text box provided.
Damaged Items
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your online order provided we have not already dispatched it. We’ll refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with. Please contact us as soon as possible – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Payment - Bank Transfer
Just a note on international bank transfers: if you'd like to make your purchase on our website using a bank transfer rather than going through PayPal, help could be at hand. Websites like https://wise.com facilitate bank transfers between countries, minimising traditionally large fees. Please note Epiology is in no way affiliated with Wise, and it is up to the customer to do their own due diligence before using the service.
