These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services ("products") by Epiology Limited ("Epiology", "we, "us") to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of the website at epiologyskincare.com ("the website"). They are effective from 14 October 2019 and will replace all earlier Epiology Limited terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document used by you and purporting to have contractual effect.We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Purchases from our online shop may only be made by persons who are acquiring goods or services for their own use or consumption, and you must not acquire goods from us via the website for resupply (whether in trade or otherwise).

Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.We only deliver to street addresses. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket.

Pricing
All prices displayed on epiologyskincare.com are represented in New Zealand currency. Where applicable, local taxes are shown and included in the price. All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time. Products displayed on epiologyskincare.com may be purchased using a secure online Visa or Mastercard transaction facility. Credit card transactions are processed in New Zealand. Some banks may charge an overseas transaction fee and/or foreign currency exchange fee for purchases made outside of New Zealand.Payment options

Transactions made on epiologyskincare.com are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are only used for the purpose of transaction fulfilment. We do not store cardholder information. We use the secure DPS Hosted Payment Solution to process online orders. You'll be able to see your card being authorised and debited in real time, all in an SSL secure environment. The Hosted Payment page enables us to offer you a safe and quick online shopping experience. DPS is committed to protecting the security of your data. DPS uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Promotions and offers on the sites
All promotions and offers are exclusive to epiologyskincare.com unless otherwise stated. Any promotion or offer may not be used in conjunction with another unless otherwise stated. Promotions and offers are subject to availability and Epiology reserves the right to revoke promotions and offers at any time and for any reason without notice. A minimum spend or designated number of products purchased may be required to qualify for a promotion or offer. Any such requirement will be outlined in the promotion or offer details. Epilogy reserves the right to run promotions and offers for sets periods of time and in specific geographies and not others if it so chooses. Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, resold by the purchaser, or returned for refund or replacement unless the product is faulty. Orders placed by 2pm Monday - Friday will be shipped from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 2pm Monday - Friday will be shipped from our warehouse the next business day. Shipping is by standard National or International Parcel Post which is not a tracked service.Delivery time can vary depending on mail volumes experienced by NZ Post and affiliated international mail services but are typically:

However we are currently experiencing delays due to Covid-19, especially to international customers. Please ensure you supply the correct delivery address as we take no responsibility for lost parcels where the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect.
As of Monday 12 October, we offer free shipping within NZ for all orders over a minimum spend of $35. Orders that don't meet this threshold will incur a $5 delivery charge. International shipping charges are approximately $12 per order to Australia, and $25-30 for all other countries (differs slightly country by country), with free shipping for orders over $120.
Shipping charges are subject to change at our discretion and will be posted on this site. Large orders may incur a surcharge in addition to the standard rates. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Special conditions may apply to any such promotions.
Please be aware that recipients outside NZ may have to pay import duty or other customs taxes. Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country – we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. Where customs charges are due, this may impact the time it takes your parcel to reach you
Returns
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from our website. If within 15 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please contact us and we'll advise you of your nearest location to return your goods.We'll process your refund to the original credit card used for payment and send you a confirmation email. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Liability Limitation
Where you acquire or hold yourself out as acquiring goods or services from us for the purposes of a business, the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply. Our maximum liability to you (if any) shall be limited to the value of any faulty products or services supplied by us and we, our employees, contractors and agents, will not be liable to you for loss or damage of any kind however that loss or damage is caused or arises.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Unless we otherwise agree in writing, this agreement contains all the terms of our relationship and continues to apply no matter where you are located at the time any goods or services are provided to you by us and irrespective of the location where you reside.Use of our website, supply of products or services by us to you and any other matter arising from these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of New Zealand.
